Having invested heavily in the latest Powder Coating technology and environmentally friendly solutions Powdertech can boast having one of the most efficient plants in the UK. We are an approved (Syntha Pulvin) applicator.

Powdertech is pleased to announce that it's new plant does not use Chromates in pre-coating preparation, providing a totally clean environmental solution.

Four Powder Lines give specialist coating solutions for a wide range of product coating capability. Items from 4 Metres in length down to the smallest items of less than 10mm can be processed using specific lines and highly trained staff.

Our fully automated plc-controlled line offers Gardobond Chrome free, Keronite and titanium / zirconium pre-treatments and can be adapted for use with any combination for Aluminium or Magnesium alloys.
